Leading Without the Title
This is a workshop that helps leaders to understand the EGO Diagram (problems with fear and pride) and how it causes dysfunctions within the team. Dealing with inner issues and learning to put the aside for the good of the company and the people will build a strong backbone foundation that bridges “people and the strategy” towards a lifestyle of excellence.
This is offered under Salt & Light Ventures through Breakthrough Leadership Management Consultancy where Daisy is an accredited facilitator for this leadership program.

Our very own Daisy Lacuanan-Callanta, facilitated to thirty three (33) wonderful people who attended the first PubRun in 2019 of “Leading Without the Title” through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
More than the privilege to teach, Daisy is so thankful to our Lord Jesus for the bless opportunity to pray and share the gospel especially to those hurting and needing God’s healing grace.
