We Still Do Because of Jesus

John and Daisy talks about the issues, failures and mistakes they had in their marriage. If not because of God’s intervention, they may not have survived at all.

Despite all these, both now serve together as a couple as they encourage married and dating couples to intentionally ensure that the foundations of their relationship is built on Jesus Christ at its center. This is the only key to a lasting happy relationship. Without Christ, it would be a difficult and painful journey.

They provide talks and seminars for free in the hopes that many couples would not only recover but celebrate victory in Jesus Christ.

Date Night

October 27, 2019

John and Daisy were so blessed to have ministered to (51) wonderful couples who joined us in “Date Night” hosted by Heritage Christian Fellowship, Manila, as their second church family.

They had a blast! Praising Jesus for the many souls who accepted Christ last night as their Lord and Savior.

It was such a touching moment to see all the couples lovingly forgave and forgiven one another. Sacred moment to see everyone’s willingness to start anew as they dedicated their lives to Jesus and made Him the center of their marriage. Glory to God as we all renewed our vows for each other with matching new rings as a symbol that marriage is a covenant we made with God. It is not a partnership, but a merger. “Oneness between spouses” with Jesus at the core of our relationship.

All glory and honor, we give to Jesus alone.

Serving Jesus Together As A Couple

June 1, 2019

Whenever John and I counsel married or dating couples, we encourage them to intentionally ensure that the foundations of their relationship is built only on Jesus Christ at its center. This is THE only key. Without Christ, it would be a difficult and painful journey.

In “We Still Do Because of Jesus” Couples Seminar, we will talk about the importance of having Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior for it is only in Him can we have a “servant’s heart” toward each other – and to everyone.

Philippians 2:3-4:

“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests, but also to the interests of others.”

This passage encourages us to have a servant’s heart, to have an unselfish determination to serve others. And when we as couples choose to unconditionally love and serve one another, we then experience peace, contentment and a deeper bond that strengthens the marriage or relationship.

This event was made possible in collaboration of Livingstone Covenant Christian Fellowship with Jesus HUGS Ministries.

“We Still Do” Because of Jesus

February 9, 2019

John and Daisy were so blessed for the opportunity to speak as a couple to other married couples like us. It was a joy to share why despite all the trials that came our way, “We Still Do Because of Jesus.”

What best way to celebrate Valentine’s Day than to share how Jesus has redeemed and restored our marriage into a story of hope and love.

Of all the speaking engagements Daisy had, this one was precious because she got to co-facilitate with John for the first time.

Marriage is a covenant we made with God. It’s not a partnership but a merger. It’s about “oneness.” To be safe and secure with God and each other. As such, separation is never an option.
